Adarnum

Adarnum is the archangel and right hand of the goddess Kirva, the Flame, often known as the "Prophet King" (a title echoed by the Prophet Empress of modern times, Theoboda IV) and the "Sword Arm of Kirva." Though not actually a god himself, he is often revered as a minor god.

History

Adarnum was originally a mortal human. He was a prophet-king who conquered the pocket dimension of Bishant during the Pantheon War, before ascending to become an angel of Kirva. In his wake, the crusading order known as the Knights of Adarnum kept Bishant semi-autonomous through the Mage Imperium era, forming the Protectorate of Adarnum (the precursor state to the Shantine Empire).
